Home Office fee waiver evidence check

An adviser tool. Work through it with your client: it reads their bank statements, summarises their regular income and spending, reflects the published fee waiver criteria back, and lists the evidence they are likely to need — giving you a well-organised starting point for your own assessment. It does not tell you whether an application will succeed.

What this tool does not do:

It does not give legal advice or tell you that a client "qualifies." The assessment remains yours.
It does not submit anything to the Home Office.
It does not send the client's answers, or the contents of any statement you add, to any server — everything is read and stays in this browser on this device, even for a scanned or photographed statement.
